Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING:

Items will normally be shipped within 3 business days via USPS. We are happy to work with expedited shipping needs where possible. If you need an item by a certain date, please contact us before purchasing the item to ensure we can accommodate the request.

Orders shipping to addresses in the United States will include tracking. Many international orders will have tracking included, but if you want to be totally sure your order will be tracked all the way to your door, please contact us to confirm.

Items are shipped without insurance. If you would like shipping insurance, please contact us to set that up for you.

We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages. Our responsibility for the item ends once it is shipped.

We are not responsible for import or customs fees.

RETURNS:

Items purchased at full price can be returned for any reason as long as you contact us within 3 calendar days of receiving the order and send the item back to us within 5 calendar days of receiving the order.

Items purchased at a discount cannot be returned for any reason.

Once the item is shipped we cannot refund any related shipping cost on the original purchase or on return shipping.

Returned items must be received in the original condition in which they were sent. Any item that is returned with additional damage will be given a prorated refund based on the item’s diminished value.

We are not responsible for returned packages that have been lost or damaged. The customer returning the item assumes all risk until the item is in our possession.

Due to California health laws we cannot accept returns on underwear or swimwear.
